The final mix is complete and the work print has been conformed! Two days ago we watched The Futurist projected for the first
time in 35mm. It was an amazing experience. All we have left is printing and then I'll let everyone know when we plan our first screening...

Post production is moving right along.
We are DANGEROUSLY close to being picture locked and our sound designers and composer are already working. The score is sounding awesome!!!

The first Futurist comic book is here, folks! Check it out... Kramer and I passed it all around the Con last weekend, which was
awesome, and I got to meet a bunch of my idols in the process. I also saw some amazing presentations. Sky Captain, people. I'm
telling you. It's going to be great. And don't get me started on Sin City...

The Futurist is going to Comic Con 2004! The caravaan leaves tommorow, Futurist comic books in hand, to join the fray down in San Diego.
Also we'll be supporting Scott Spencer Kramer at the screening of his hilarious film, Chasing Kevin. It's Hobbits and Wookies for me this
weekend and I'm going to enjoy myself...

And so we begin the next leg of our journey - post-production! I've watched all of the dailies at this point and they look great.
All the energy on the set seems to have truly come through onto the screen. I'm very much looking forward to seeing a cut of this thing...
Also, the rumors are true... There is a six page Futurist comic book on the horizon. Check back here soon to see The Futurist in the
magic of two-dimentional panels!

That's a wrap!!! We did it! Nine days later and our movie is in the can thanks to the hard work and passion
of our incredible cast and crew. Now it's really hard to say goodbye... We've all worked so closely for so long to create the world of
this film and it is going to be that level of collaboration that I will miss the most. Rarely can so many incredible minds and
personalities be assembled to focu
s on one single goal and I am so incredibly thankful to have been surrounded by a group of such smart
and inspiring people as I was on this production. I hope I'm fortunate enough to work with every member of this crew and cast again in the
future. Thank you so much.
